Meet Kerri, our Founder and Creative Director at Dixiebird Music Boutique. An award-winning entrepreneur in music, Kerri oversees A&R music curation, and creative event campaigns, ensuring every experience is uniquely tailored to our clients’ visions. With a degree in Creative Event Design and Production from the University of Kent, she has mastered mid-to-large scale event campaigns—working with prestigious clients from the Fireworks Festival at Alexandra Palace and exclusive private members' clubs to curate unforgettable experiences for celebrities and corporate brands. Kerri is also an accomplished jazz singer and event DJ, alongside coaching in the Dixiebird Academy, she empowers artists to refine their craft, expand their careers, and develop a winning mindset in both music and business.

With a degree in Public Administration, Nimra ensures seamless operations behind the scenes, overseeing administrative workflows and making sure our clients are well looked after. Having been part of Dixiebird Music Boutique for the past year, she plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. Always ready to assist, Nimra is your go-to person for any questions, ensuring every client feels supported and valued.

Meet Noelle Vaughn, one who brings a wealth of experience from both the music and events industries. As a singer, she has performed at iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, theatres across the UK and Europe, the Edinburgh Fringe, and on the BBC.
Alongside a passion for live performance, Noelle is an accomplished photographer with a first-class honours degree in photography, specialising in events, gigs, headshots, and fashion. Their work has been commissioned by the BBC and published in national press. With an extensive background in events, PR and marketing, she expertly curates and coordinates exceptional live music experiences.

​Meet Memphis, our VIP (Very Important Pooch) and chief tail-wagger at Dixiebird Music! Known for her infectious enthusiasm, Memphis adds a touch of joy to every venue and event consultation. She’s rubbed paws with the likes of Radiohead's Tom Yorke and Noel Fielding and has even dined at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Despite her celebrity status, Memphis also loves chasing sticks and diving into puddles. With her by our side, she reminds us of the joy and spontaneity that live music and events bring, making every moment unforgettable.​​

Our love for events and music began when I was just 9 years old, organizing local fundraising events to bring entertainment to my village.
That spark grew into Dixiebird Music Boutique in 2017, after a vocal surgery temporarily sidelined me as a performer. Undeterred, I began curating a roster of talented friends, and today, we’re proud to have worked with esteemed organizations and celebrities like the BBC, ITV, Marriott Hotels, Alexandra Palace, and more.
